Type one sentence and get a planned week, 5× faster than doing it by hand.
Median time to plan a full week in our user study, Demux compared with a manual planner.
How a sentence becomes your week.
- 01
Type it
Write your week in one sentence, with deadlines, how often and any set times.
- 02
Demux schedules
It splits work into blocks and fits them into your free time, with breaks, before the deadline.
- 03
Your set times, your call
If a new plan lands on a time you set, Demux lays out the options and waits for you.
YOUR TIME
How much time would you get back?
I spend 30 min a week planning
With Demux you get back
Planning by hand takes you about 26 hours a year. With Demux it’s about 5, or 6 minutes a week.
That’s enough time for
Planning your week shouldn’t be a second job.
Here’s what Demux does instead.
-
Type it or say it.
“8 hours on the report before Friday” becomes blocks across your week. Tap the mic to speak instead of typing.
-
Your whole week, one prompt.
Deadlines, weekly routines and events, all in one go. Demux plans each one and asks if it needs to know more.
-
Fits around your week.
Demux only uses your free time before each deadline. Meetings and events at a set time stay where they are.
-
Not while you sleep.
Set your sleep hours, how long a block can be and the break between blocks. Demux plans inside those limits.
-
Nothing moves in silence.
If something you placed is in the way, Demux asks first. You pick: the nearest free slot, replace it, or keep both.
-
Something new? It makes room.
Add something and Demux moves its own blocks aside if needed, then tells you what moved. Anything you placed yourself stays put.
-
Badges, not names.
Point at anything on screen by its badge: “move b2 to Friday”. The AI gets the badge, not the item's name or its time.
-
Brings your calendar in.
Import a calendar by link or file and Demux plans around it.
-
Reminders on your phone.
The phone app tells you when it’s time to start. The browser version sends no notifications.
-
Multilingual, and growing.
Write your plans in English or Russian, and use the app in either. More languages are coming soon.

BEFORE YOU START
Questions you might have.
Does the AI plan my week?
No. The AI only reads your sentence. A solver places the blocks by your rules, and the result is on your calendar in front of you, one tap from undo.
What if it misunderstands me?
When it isn’t sure, it asks instead of guessing. If it still gets it wrong, undo puts everything back as it was.
What does the AI see?
Only the sentence you typed and the names of your projects. Never your calendar, your events, or even today’s date.
Where is my data, and can I delete it?
In your account, and nowhere else. Delete your account and your calendar, prompts and history are deleted with it.
Will it touch my existing calendar?
No. Demux reads your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar in so it can plan around your events. It never writes anything back.
Will I be charged when the free period ends?
No. We don’t ask for a card, so there’s nothing to charge. When paid plans arrive, joining is your choice.
We schedule. You achieve.
Free during early access. We don’t ask for a card, so there’s nothing to cancel.
