Welcome to Demux, a personal project operated by Vladislav Toder, an individual based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By using demuxapp.com ("the Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Demux. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You can sign in with an email and password or with your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the content you create (tasks, events, schedules, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Demux is in early access and active development and may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. We aim to keep it available and reliable but make no guarantees of uptime.
Demux is a scheduling and productivity tool. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, academic, employment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying your own important deadlines, events, and commitments, and should not rely on Demux as your sole record of them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demux and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or schedule errors. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.
